Julian Yates is a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The University of Manchester and Honorary Consultant at the Manchester Dental Hospital. Julian teaches dental implant courses at the University of Manchester and for dental practitioners up to advanced level. He is an external examiner for the Universities of Belfast and Dundee and for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Julian joined Andrew Shelley Dental Practitioners in 2015 as a visiting consultant. This enables us to provide dental implantology for the most complex and demanding cases.
Services
Dental implantolgy can dramatically change the quality of peoples' lives. However, some situations are very complex and present difficult challenges. In order that we can help provide the benefits of dental implantology to such patients, we are very pleased to welcome Julian to our team.
Research and Publications
Julian is the author of more than forty articles in international academic journals where he has published his research into dental implantology and other aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
